With Shannon’s, the emphasis is on personalized service. The housekeepers are not limited to only traditional housekeeping chores but perform essentially any task you want completed including:

- Move-in and Move-out cleaning

- Organizing

- Help with party preparation, serving, and clean-up

- The housekeepers are experienced, efficient and provide their own transportation and lunch. We thoroughly check all housekeeper references.
- Your housekeeper works from your (not their) priority list. They use your cleaning supplies and equipment. Or, for an extra charge, the housekeeper can bring all the supplies and equipment.
- We automatically send a substitute housekeeper if your regular person is ill or has personal business.
How does it work?
The vast majority of homeowners need service weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, but home cleaners are also available on an occasional basis. The most satisfied homeowners have found that the quality of the housekeeper is much more important than the day of the week the service is performed.
If you are compatible with the first housekeeper and use the service on a regular basis, then he or she becomes your regular housekeeper. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we refer one who better suits your needs for the next service.
If you are scheduled for service and need to reschedule, we request at least two business days notice. For your convenience, you have the choice of paying by check or major credit card on the day of service.
